Williams Lea’s acquisition of TSO completes
Williams Lea, the leading global Corporate Information Solutions provider, announces today that the acquisition
of TSO has successfully completed.
Williams Lea and TSO are now well positioned in the rapidly expanding market of public sector Business Process
Outsourcing*. The new combined proposition is underpinned by TSO’s experience in this market and Williams Lea’s
innovative and proven approach with clients. Throughout the acquisition process, reactions from clients and employees
have been very positive.
