TSO is registered to ISO 9001 for its organisation-wide Quality Management System

TSO has met the internationally recognised and respected ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard following certification by BSI Management Systems. Meeting the requirements of the standard demonstrates TSO’s commitment to driving continuous quality improvement through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) across the whole organisation.

This commitment is underpinned by our strategic quality objectives:

  • Use the QMS as a tool to measure, monitor and implement best practice outcomes across the organisation
  • Manage continuous improvement through the monitoring and measurement of Key Performance Indicators across the supply chain process

We will be reviewing our processes to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and an appropriate transition plan will be instigated to achieve certification during 2009.
